Here is my list for Part 6 Condiments, Snacks & Sides. We do enjoy our fair share of -ahem- junk food here, but we only buy candy when it is at stock up prices. I think we will be giving out some awesome treats at Halloween this year with all the free candy bars we've got.
Retail prices all done from memory, and some might be based on the best sale price that comes around periodically, so don't be discouraged if your retail price is higher than mine. A good rule of thumb for groceries is to stock up when they are 50% off or more. For snacks and sweets I like it to be a bit more of a discount since we don't really 'need' any of these things.
I included stock up prices where I knew them. We don't like to pay for Ketchup, Barbecue Sauce or Marinades, but it may take some time before this becomes standard practice at your house :)
