Borders is advertising this as the "new" program, although they have had a reward program for quite some time. There are 2 programs available we will focus on the free one here. The Rewards Plus Program is $20 a year.
Rewards Program works at Both Borders and Waldenbooks locations.
Free to sign up in store or online, if you sign up online you will not get a card, which means you will probably have to give your phone number at check out time (no biggie, most stores ask you anyway)
