Last week we made 3 of the 5 dinner recipes I had planned and for the week and my husband only cooked twice so I'm getting closer. Stuffed pork roast was a hit, and I made 2 and froze the second one so we will be having that in the weeks to come.
Traveling out of the way and assuming I ever get to sleep again here is what is on the menu for this week.
Only planning for 5 days for this weeks grocery trip. Should get us through til Saturday.

- Microwave Pretzels & Cheese
- Cheese Sticks (on hand)
- Granola or Cereal Bars (on hand)
- Crumb topped Apple Bars (also from Apple Works)
- Pumpkin Roll
- Oatmeal Cookies
